Mark is a pentalingual, ex-Finance Analyst from Jaguar Land Rover, where he studied for CIMA qualification. He then spent 3 years at an Interim Management focussed specialist headhunter. In between, he took his Master's in Entrepreneurship at University College London.

Since then, Mark set-up Privatal: a hyper-niche Private Equity focussed Headhunting firm, which over the last 18 months, he grew from 0 to 30+ heads. Privatal have won multiple highly coveted awards (e.g., 'Best Private Equity Recruitment Agency' & 'Best Place to Work'), and are widely recognised as the go-to recruitment agency in Pan-European Private Equity.

Mark now leverages his experience of building massive scale at pace, to develop Surge Group's portfolio of companies .
